Oh the goodness of cilantro

This dressing is similar to Cafe Rio, Costa Vida or Bajio's. I have searched the web and came up with a pretty good version:

Creamy Cilantro Dressing with a Kick
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
1 cup buttermilk (for thicker dressing/dip 1 cup sour cream)
1 bunch of cilantro, chopped (about 1 cup full chopped)
1 jalapeno (remove seed)
1 cup mayo
1 tsp. lime juice
2-3 tomatillos depending on size
1 garlic clove

Add all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth. Chill.
